Created in 2009 by Mark Krawczuk and Kevin Balktick, Lost Horizon Night Market is a nocturnal art carnival making its fifth appearance in New York. Lost Horizon Night Market trucks provide venues for artists' first installation projects and challenge would-be audiences to find the theater, appearing occasionally on a street near you.
