Three arts festivals ranked among the top 20 events in New York in 2009 in terms of attendance, according to a Crain's New York Business report on March 1, 2010. The Tribeca Film Festival had 348,000 attendees (April 22-May 3), placing it second in attendance figures behind the New York International Auto Show (1 million; April 8-19). The Armory Show was ranked seventh with 56,000 attendees (March 4-8); Artexpo New York was ranked 17th with 25,000 attendees (February 28-March 3).
