Arts Forum at The New York Times, Wednesday, June 29

The Alliance for the Arts presents the Arts Forum at The New York Times on Wednesday, June 29 at 5 pm. The Arts Forum features Joseph C. Daniels, president and CEO, National September 11 Memorial & Museum. The introduction is by Kate D. Levin, Commissioner of Cultural Affairs.

The talk will be followed by a question-and-answer session and a reception sponsored by The New York Times Wine Club. Reservations are requested for this free event; please see http://september11forum.eventbrite.com/. Seating is limited.

The 9/11 Memorial will be dedicated on September 11, 2011, the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. It will open to the public on September 12, 2011, and will welcome visitors who have reserved advance passes. The 9/11 Memorial Museum will open in September 2012. The 9/11 Memorial Preview Site is currently open daily on Vesey Street in Lower Manhattan.

The Arts Forum at The New York Times is presented by Alliance for the Arts and co-produced by the Alliance, Randall Bourscheidt, and Trudel | MacPherson Arts Consulting with generous support from The New York Times Community Affairs Department. Additional support is provided by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs
