Georgina Ngozi has been appointed president and chief executive officer of the Brooklyn Children's Museum, effective September 21. She was previously president of the Children's Museum of the Lowcountry in Charleston, S.C.
Joan Shigekawa has been appointed senior deputy chairman at the National Endowment for the Arts. She was previously associate director for arts and humanities at the Rockefeller Foundation.
