Arts Graduates Find Jobs, Satisfaction USA TODAY

According to a survey of more than 13,500 alumni of arts colleges and arts departments within broader colleges and universities, arts graduates are finding ways to manage their careers while gaining satisfaction from their work. The Strategic National Arts Alumni Project shows more than half of respondents are working as professional artists or have done so in the past. Not surprisingly, the report reveals that arts alumni need to be job jugglers, with most graduates working professionally as artists holding at least two jobs concurrently. (No they're not all waiters, only three percent work in food services!!)
