Brooklyn Museum nixes 'Art in the Streets' exhibition from MOCA

LA MOCA's current Art in the Streets exhibition has caused a significant increase in vandalism in the neighborhood where it's on display, but the Brooklyn Museum says that the reason it canceled the show, originally scheduled to open next spring, was entirely due to the economy and anticipated fundraising that didn't materialize.
