The Bronx Council on the Arts will sponsor an artists' Town Hall meeting on Monday, May 12 from 7 to 9 pm in the Savoy Room at Hostos Community College on 149th Street. Participants will discuss opportunities for artists and the upcoming Open Studio Tour and Trolley project scheduled for late June.
