Funding for the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) has been reduced by nearly 30 percent over the past four years. This is the largest cut to any state agency. The Harlem Arts Alliance, part of the Arts NYS Coalition, invites arts advocates from all boroughs to join them on a trip to Albany to speak with representatives on Tuesday, February 8. Join other colleagues to prove that the arts strengthen our economy, provide employment, increase tourism and improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
