Crain's New York Business and the Columbia School of the Arts will host a half-day conference on Wednesday, September 30 at Miller Theatre on Columbia University's campus. NYC's Performing Arts at a Crossroads will include a keynote address by First Deputy Mayor Patricia Harris and a panel featuring Department of Cultural Affairs Commissioner Kate Levin as well as executives from the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, the Fan Fox & Leslie R.
