The American Music Center (AMC) and Meet The Composer (MTC), two of America's three leading organizations in the field of new music, announced on April 1 their intention to merge into a new advocacy and service organization. The new entity, New Music USA, will be based in New York City and have two broad program areas, grantmaking and media. For the full press release, click here.
