All applications for the Cultural Development Fund now require the submission of Funder Reports through the New York State Cultural Data Project (CDP).

The Funder Report can only be generated after submitting a fiscal 2008 Data Profile on the Cultural Data Project Web site: www.nysculturaldata.org.

Once the Data Profile is submitted, the Funder Report can be printed from the same Web site. The Funder Report must be submitted with application materials to DCA. For assistance in preparing the Data Profile, call (888) 697-2371 or e-mail help@nysculturaldata.org.
