The Institute for Culture in the Service of Community Sustainability (ICSCS) holds its second Table Town Hall at 6 pm on Monday, March 21, at the National Arts Club at 15 Gramercy Park South (20th Street). Drinks and networking precede the meeting, which includes brief presentations from a coalition that has been working with Manhattan Community Boards on arts issues and members of One Percent for Culture. Other topics include electric rates and how data is used to represent culture. The club requests that attendees wear business casual attire. The event is free; please rsvp to ephillips@demos.org.
